Bergamo’s takes pride in recreating original Italian recipes
and selecting only authentic ingredients: Vine-ripened plum
tomatos, sweet onions, garlic and imported olive oil. All pastas
are made from 100% Italian Durum Semolina. Our dinners are prepared
fresh to order. We ask you to please be patient and bear with
us, it will be worth your wait, We promise. For customers with
special dietetic needs, please note that no sugar is added to
the recipes. Sweet vegetables are also used to neutralize acids
in our tomato sauces. Feel free to let us know how you would
like your food to be prepared. If you don’t see a particular
dish on our menu, please feel free to ask for it. If the ingredients
are available, we will be more than happy to prepare it for
you.
